Brief adventure in Gunung Leuser National Park is a visit to
the famous orangutan eating platform in Bukit Lawang, where orangutans will be
fed by rangers with bananas and milk twice sehari.Tidak only that we would walk
in the woods to see wildlife such as orangutans , gibbons, monkeys, squirrels
are cute wood, and most likely we will meet in the woods.
In the morning at 8:30 our guide will pick you up at your
guesthouse. After the walk you will cross the river by canoe Bohorok (Wooden
Boat) which will slightly boost your adrenaline, and you go up the hill
directly to the platform eating orangutan. It lasted about an hour, you can enjoy and observe orangutans
from fairly close range and take lots of pictures to take home. After that you
will start your journey through the dense rain forest.
During a trip in the woods we are continually looking for
wildlife in the forest, our guide will take you and pick a variety of plant
species and forest habitants for you, while giving much explanation about
rainforests and biodiversity. Next you pass through the rubber and cocoa
plantations and at the end of your journey, you will arrive at the foot of
Bukit Lawang and get guided back to your guesthouse about 12 am or 1 pm.
